My Order

Did my order go through?

An order confirmation is emailed to you within 24 hours after placing the order.

Please check the spam folder in case you did not receive it. You can also check your bank and PayPal transactions to verify the payment.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

It may mean your order has not been processed yet or not been placed successfully.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping: 4-6 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal.

We ship daily orders at 4pm (GMT). Any orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be shipped on the same day or the earliest business day.

In peak seasons, it may take 1-5 business days longer for your order to arrive. The delays are caused by the freight company and/or our warehouse experiencing high volume of orders.

Some countries have imposed extra sanitary controls due to COVID-19. It could add further delays. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as country and custom related delays are out of our control.

Please contact us at love@topissima.com if your order has been delayed by more than 15 business days. 

What should I do if my order has been returned to Topíssima?

In case your order has been returned to us, please contact us at love@topissima.com immediately so we can investigate the reason. If the order has been returned due to failed pick up by the customer, a handling fee of €25 plus lost duties will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery and Duty

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation, with a tracking link, is emailed to you within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

It may take the freight company 24 hours to update the tracking information after dispatch.

Please check the spam folder in case you did not receive the shipping confirmation. 

Please contact us at love@topissima.com if you have not received your shipping confirmation within 72 hours.

How will my package be delivered?

Your parcel will be delivered by Fedex, DHL or DPD to your home or selected delivery address.

In case you are not at home when the parcel arrives, the logistics company will try again the following business days.

They will leave the parcel at a pick-up address, if the second delivery attempt has been unsuccessful. A note with instruction will be left in your mailbox. The parcel will be returned to us if it has not been picked up within 7 days. 

Please note that a handling fee of €25 plus lost duties will be deducted from your refund, if your order has been returned due to failed pick up by the customer.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. You can select your country of delivery at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the destination.

Do I have to pay shipping fees?

Enjoy FREE standard shipping, worldwide, on all orders over €100 or the equivalent in your currency.

On orders below, you can choose between standard shipping €10 or express shipping €12.

Your delivery options will appear after you have entered your delivery address.

Do I need to pay import duties for my order?

Orders to the EU, EEA (EU + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), EFTA (except Switzerland), and Schengen countries are duty-free. 

Orders to the UK will only require custom clearance and import duties, if the order value is more than £135.

Orders shipped outside of the above countries may be subject to import and handling fees, as well as any duties and/or taxes imposed by the importing country. 

Topissíma has no control over custom related charges. We are unable to inform you about the amount of charge and the process of custom clearance. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return/exchange a product?

Enjoy FREE EU return and FREE worldwide exchange within 14 days from when the parcel has been delivered. Customers outside of the European Union must cover their own return costs, but Topíssima will cover the shipping cost on exchanged item(s), once.

To return product(s), email us at love@topissima.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Please title the email "Return order #[insert]".

Once we have arranged the return for you, Fedex, DHL or DPD will send you a sms or email to arrange a pick up date or for you to select a drop off point.

Please note each order qualifies for one free EU return or one free exchange. If you return and buy the same product(s) in another size, color or fabric, the new order will not be qualified for a free EU return or a free exchange. The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Invalid returns will be returned to the sender, at own costs and request.

Reclamation

What's your policy regarding reclamations?

We strive to deliver the highest product quality and customer experience. We do extensive quality control and tests on our final production. However, mistakes do happen, as every piece of Topíssima is handmade. 

In case of a product defect due to an error in production, you can email us a claim with photos of the item(s) at love@topissima.com, within 14 days after delivery.

Damage due to wear and tear, and goods over 2 years, will not be approved as claims. 

It takes up to 30 business days for a claim to be processed, assessed, and refunded. Any unauthorized claims will be returned to the sender, at own costs and request.

What is the story behind Topíssima?

The story of Topíssima started on the yoga mats and fitness studios in Lisbon, Portugal — a charming place often known as the California of Europe, with over 300 days of sunshine ☀️

Sónia Garcia worked out in her Brazilian-style jumpsuits. She grew a cult-like following on Instagram, with women asking her to bring them jumpsuits from Brazil. Many full luggages later, her husband Hugo — a former professional football player, gave her the courage to start her own business.

Within years, Topíssima became the leading premium activewear brand in Portugal. It was a brand worn by many, adored by more. Stocks ran out faster than they could restock. It was time to go global.

In 2016, Topíssima worked on their best collection ever, until their manufacturer vanished with their hard earned cash. It was devastating, but not as much as when Hugo was diagnosed with cancer. The only good news left was Sonía had become pregnant.

Life can take an unexpected turn. It’s what you do with it and how you adapt that defines who you are. Sonía decided to help Hugo beat cancer, putting aside her dream to share Topíssima with the world for years. Carrying their unborn son, who may not have a father, she knew she had to stay strong and ready.

Two sons later, Hugo has miraculously recovered. Touched by how many customers kept asking for a new collection, team husband and wife decided to bring back Topíssima.

Life can feel short at times, so live it healthily and happily. Never forget to take care of your spiritual, mental and physical well-being. Only then you can continue to enjoy the moments with people you love, and to pursue what matters to you the most. That’s how we at Topíssima came to live by our mantra: Happy Habits, Happy Life.

What does Topíssima mean?

Translation from Portuguese to English: The top of the top. The best of the best.

The word is used to express “You look absolutely at your best" and “I feel absolutely at my best”.

Is Topíssima a Portuguese or Brazilian brand?

Topíssima is a Portuguese brand, founded by wife and husband — Sónia from Brazil and Hugo from Portugal.

Where is Topíssima produced?

Topíssima products are designed in Portugal and manufactured in Italy, Brazil and Portugal.

What are Topíssima products made of?

Our fabrics are made of recycled materials. We believe this is the new status quo. We do not regard it as a competitive advantage.

Where are Topíssima fabrics from?

Most of our fabrics are made in Italy, Germany, Spain and Portugal.

Will Topíssima products fit my body shape?

We design and develop our products in collaboration with real women, with different body shapes. This way our products will fit the majority of women.

When will Topíssima be on sale?

As a brand, we do not have sale or discounts.

The only exception is on Black Friday, once a year.
