Why have I not received an order confirmation?
It may mean your order has not been processed yet or not been placed successfully.
Please check the spam folder in case you did not receive the order confirmation. If you have not received it within 24 hours, after placing the order, please contact us at love@topissima.com.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days.
Express shipping: 1-3 business days.
Orders from the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal. All other orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
We ship daily orders by 11am (GMT). Any orders placed before 11am (GMT) will be shipped on the same or earliest business day.
In peak seasons, it may take 1-5 business days longer for your order to arrive. The delays are caused by the freight company and/or our warehouse experiencing high volume of orders.
Please contact us at love@topissima.com if your order has been delayed by more than 15 business days.
What should I do if my order has been returned to Topíssima?
In case your order has been returned to us, please contact us at love@topissima.com immediately so we can investigate the reason. If the order has been returned due to failed pick up by the customer, a handling fee of €25 plus lost duties will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation, with a tracking link, is emailed to you within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.
It may take the freight company 24 hours to update the tracking information after dispatch.
Please check the spam folder in case you did not receive the shipping confirmation.
Please contact us at love@topissima.com if you have not received your shipping confirmation within 72 hours.
How will my package be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered by Fedex, DHL or DPD to your home or selected delivery address.
In case you are not at home when the parcel arrives, the logistics company will try again the following business days.
They will leave the parcel at a pick-up address, if the second delivery attempt has been unsuccessful. A note with instruction will be left in your mailbox. The parcel will be returned to us if it has not been picked up within 7 days.
Please note that a handling fee of €25 plus lost duties will be deducted from your refund, if your order has been returned due to failed pick up by the customer.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. You can select your country of delivery at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the destination.
Do I have to pay shipping fees?
Enjoy FREE standard shipping, worldwide, on all orders over $130, €120, £110 or the equivalent in your currency.
On orders below, you can choose between standard shipping $10/£8/€8 or express shipping for $20 to the US, €40 to the EU, €60/£60 to the UK and rest of the world.
Your delivery options will appear after you have entered your delivery address.
Do I need to pay import duties for my order?
Orders to the EU, EEA (EU + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), EFTA (except Switzerland), and Schengen countries are duty-free.
Orders to the UK, US and Switzerland will only require custom clearance and import duties, if the order value is more than £135, $800 and CHF 300, respectively.
Orders shipped outside of the above countries or above the duty-free threshold of the above countries may be subject to import and handling fees, as well as any duties and/or taxes imposed by the importing country. Customers must cover such costs.
Topissíma has no control over custom related charges. We are unable to inform you about the amount of charge and the process of custom clearance. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
NOTE: Customers are responsible for any custom related charges on their return parcel(s) to the EU, plus a handling fee of €25, if the customer rejects, refuses or fails to receive a parcel after the custom of the importing country has reported or imposed custom related charges. Topíssima will issue a refund, minus any custom related charges and handling fee, after the parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
How do I return/exchange a product?
Enjoy FREE EU and US return and FREE worldwide exchange within 14 days from when the parcel has been delivered.
Customers outside of the EU (European Union) and the US must cover their own return costs, but Topíssima will cover the shipping cost on the exchanged item(s), once.
Please note each order qualifies for one free EU and US return or one free exchange. If you return an order and place a new order on the same product(s) in another size, color or fabric, the new order will not be qualified for a free EU and US return or a free exchange. The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Invalid returns will be returned to the sender, at own costs and request.
Please note that IBAN information must be provided within 30 days of the IBAN request for all shipping costs refunds to be valid.
Socks and caps are exempt from being returned and exchanged, as we do not accept product returns and exchanges on more intimate wear for hygiene reasons.
Orders returned from outside of the EU and US may be subject to import duties/taxes and handling fees. Customers must cover such costs.

What's your policy regarding reclamations?
We strive to deliver the highest product quality and customer experience. We do extensive quality control and tests on our final production. However, mistakes do happen, as every piece of Topíssima is handmade.
In case of a product defect due to an error in production, you can email us a claim with photos of the item(s) at love@topissima.com, within 14 days after delivery.
Damage due to wear and tear, and goods over 2 years, will not be approved as claims.
It takes up to 30 business days for a claim to be processed, assessed, and refunded. Any unauthorized claims will be returned to the sender, at own costs and request.
